Amazing body oil but the pump does not work

This is an amazing oil which I've purchased before and reviewed here before. It's very light, not greasy feeling but incredibly hydrating. However, the pump does not work. I cannot get the oil out so
I'm having to pour it into my hand which seems like a waste of product and messy. I did email the shop with my feedback as well - slightly disappointed.

Incredible body oil

This body oil is incredible! I'm usually not a fan of body oils because I don't like the greasy feeling of oils - BUT the scrubba coconut sparkle body oil manages to be super moisturising and lightweight at the same time. The smell is light and not overpowering, yet lingers. Highly recommend.
